Applications.

I've seen a little problem; I and the newcomers didn't know about the weapon application, and devil fruit application, before it was pointed out.

- We should find a way to make it clear, that if anyone has a weapon or has eaten a devil fruit, to make an application at where it belongs. Right now it's a little confusing for the newcomers, since it doesn't really say anywhere that they have to make a weapon/devil fruit app. ^^

We should also limit the kinds of things people can have. And I think Leo should start taking things like this seriously instead of putting them off with a ":P" emote.
