The Beginning of a Long Adventure Empty
PostSubject: The Beginning of a Long Adventure   The Beginning of a Long Adventure EmptySun May 18, 2014 12:24 am

Goat Island, a island best known... for its.... something. Kaiser didn't know nor did he care. He was only here for one thing, and that was information. Taking a long drag of his cigarette, his eyes peered around the bar. It was the standard hang out for  the rough types, both pirate and marine. Though Kaiser had very little interest in either, the one he was looking for was neither.

Removing the tobacco stick from his mouth and a puff of smoke left his mouth and rose high into the air. Not long after the smoke left his mouth did he hear the clicking sound come from behind him. Kaiser's eyes were drawn behind him where a large man stood. Kaiser couldn't make heads or tails of the man, whether he was pirate or marine. In fact he couldn't even discern the man's face, all he knew was that there was a gun up to his head.

"Don't you know its not polite to smoke in a no smoking zone?"

Kaiser didn't move, he didn't need to he didn't have time to play with the man. He took another drag of his cigarette and sighed. Man, what he would do for some tea; He could kill for some.

"Don't you know its impolite to pull a gun out on a man without introducing yourself?"

The man clenched his teeth. His finger massaged the trigger and the man's eyes narrowed as he began to contemplate attacking Kaiser. Kaiser's eye began to float back toward the male standing behind him. His mind raced trying to figure out who was behind him, and how he was going to deal with him.

The Beginning of a Long Adventure Empty

"Diet Moonshine Float, please!"
The full moon shone brightly over the roofs of the island. The island was bright with lights and everything and seemed quite modern. The streets, however, were not crowded and seemed quite empty. Looking out of the glass wall into one of these empty roads was a bratty, loud pirate boy. He sat inside the bar by one of the window seats. Sheathed by his side was a horn shaped blade that glowed a fiery light and seemed to be scorching hot. On his back was a bigger sword that was much smoother and flat. He sat without any manners, his back bent and legs up on the table as he sipped on some beer, slurping loudly. He wore a long sleeved white shirt with buttons, tucked in high to a long pair of black trousers. A wide, red piece of clothing enclosed his waist and most of his stomach. Over the shirt he wore a thick royal coat that was dark blue in color, with golden outlines complete with emblems and chains. His outfit looked like that of a marine's, but when he's the one wearing it, with his facial expression, dirty blond hair, demeaning eyes and all, he looked like a classic pirate. His name was Mamoru Masaru, and he was a pirate.

He had been following the navigator for some time. Lost in sea a while back, he was delighted when he found someone who seemed to know where he was going. Assuming he must have been a navigator, the pirate followed from a distance until he reached this island. The impatient pirate did not like waiting, and decided to walk into the bar to which the navigator had. Drinking impatiently, he waited to introduce himself to the navigator and try to recruit him into his crew, which so far had one member including the captain. Taking his chances by hoping this man was a navigator, he sat in the table behind the smoker waiting for him to get up.

After waiting for what seemed to Mamoru like a really long time, he got up from his seat and walked towards the man. However, he discovered that there was another specimen, a Marine, right behind the navigator with a gun pointed at his head. HELL no! The blond brat thought to himself. He did not come all the way here to get his future first recruit shot in the head. Acting swiftly as he heard the conversation, the panicked pirate drew his blue sword, the bigger, longer, flatter one.

He swung the blade quickly, striking the Marine in the back of his head with the flat part of his sword as his spun it above his head. The taller man was dazed and his head spun violently as his head went numb. He turned back to see who the pirate was, but stumbled to fall. "Don't you know it ain't polite to - fuck it I can't come up with shit!" Mamoru scowled and snickered; he wasn't done yet. Caught up in the moment, Mamoru held his sword diagonally in front of him and bashed the falling specimen, charging him to the nearest wall violently before swiftly slashing his blade at the man's neck, catching a pole with the sword's curved end and almost catching the dizzy man's neck inches from the sharp end of the sword. Still chuckling, Mamoru held his sword there as the man passed out, his chin resting on the sword and his knees bent.

The Beginning of a Long Adventure Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Beginning of a Long Adventure   The Beginning of a Long Adventure EmptySun May 18, 2014 6:51 pm

Kaiser blinked when the man was attacked from behind. His head whipped around and in his sight he saw a boy much younger than Kaiser was assaulting a marine man, or at least a man in a marine suit. Watching the boy literally beat the living hell out of the man, Kaiser couldn't help but snicker. So this is the little rat that has been following me around, he thought. Taking another drag from his tobacco stick he rose from his seat and began to walk toward the boy and his onslaught on the man.

Kaiser may be wanted, but nothing that a simple marine would come after him for. Kaiser knew from his first look at the large, stocky, and brown haired man. He was no marine but a bounty hunter, or maybe a contract mercenary. Either way Kaiser would never know which seeing as the boy made it a point to knock the man unconscious. Though it didn't seem the bounty hunter came alone. As the boy attacked the bounty hunter, another bounty hunter appeared. This one dressed as a waiter, his abnormal muscle mass and the axe in his hand made one thing apparent. He was no average waiter. Bringing down the axe in the boy's direction it looked like the waiter was planning to take his arm off.

A loud clang filled the room as metal collided with metal. Kaiser sighed, seeing as now he was forced to draw his blade, while standing behind the boy who had the bounty hunter's head resting on his sword. The only thing seemingly keeping the waiter from cleaving the boy in half was Kaiser's blade. Kaiser could help but clench his teeth, the man's axe was quite heavy. Either way he turned his head so that he could peer at the boy in the corner of his eye.

"Could you refrain from killing him? I have a few questions for him."

Kaiser stated before turning back to his opponent. Taking in a deep breath he rushed forward allowing the axe to free fall. Though it didn't fall very far, slashing at the man's leg, the waiter jumped in retaliation to avoid the low cut. Using the momentum, Kaiser spun around in a circle and slashed his sword upwards at the man's chest. The man, having nowhere to move as he was suspended in midair, fell to the ground. Whether he was dead or merely unconscious was of little concern to Kaiser as he sheathed his sword and looked toward the boy.

"If you'll excuse me I'll be interrogating that man there."

"So pathetic! Men like that should handle neither swords nor gunfire, for they are more suiting for their genitals!" Mamoru exclaimed loudly and cussed and blabbered non sense in an old fashioned manner, carelessly swinging his dangerously long blade around the room as he gestured using his hands to the man who fell to the ground before his feet, knocked out in seconds. His gestures knocked down several chairs and tables, and even cracked the glass wall, causing panicky wails he couldn't care less about. He failed to take into account that the pirate had caught the tall man off guard and was actually the cheaper fighter and had nothing much to be proud about. He spoke as is he slayed a lion by himself, or better yet, a Sea King. Kicking the man who was down, the pirate rested the blade on his back, on his shoulders, grabbing the handle with one hand.

Backing off from the man, he allowed the navigator to reach the man whose gun was no longer in his hands. Too weak to make a move anyway, the man flopped helplessly on the ground. Observing the navigator carefully, the pirate captain gave the other man his space. "You. Navigator. What's your name?" He asked taking a gamble that he was indeed a navigator, an hoping that was a true fact. Resting his shoulders, the blond haired pirate placed his sword on the ground and leaned on it, yet another sword sheathed on his belt, still glowing a fiery red and emitting heat. Too impatient to stay still and listen to the interrogation, the boy made his way towards the empty counter before he got an answer. The bar was now empty. The waiters had all fled and the barkeeper had followed. Some tough men remained in their seats, unaffected by their surrounding, just drinking and chatting.

Not acknowledging the fact some people were still inside the bar, Mamoru reached the counter and grabbed a few bottles of varieties of liquor. After doing that, he did it again and again. Stocking his bag with all kinds of liquor from the counter. No one had to know, he decided. "You want some bottles? Its a gift we should be rude not to accept!" He said cheerily and asked the older pirate casually.

The Beginning of a Long Adventure Empty

Nayuta had not intended to stay in Goat Island too long. Not his kind of place at all. However, it did have a couple of capable street fighters and good bars, so who was he to pass up a nice soda before moving again?

However, this was all disturbed by the sudden noise that took place in the bar. Shouts, insults, and generally rough sounds gave off that a fight was going on.

Lazily moving his head to the side, he confirmed it was so, as a distinctive looking man and a double-sword wielding, loud boy stood over two unconscious grown men.

The boy didn't hesitate to go behind the bar counter and steal his fair share of alcohol, obviously ignoring the eminent danger all together.

Nayuta sighed loudly.

"Oi, Oi, why did you guys have to get so loud? Now we're going to have Marines on our asses."

He wouldn't appreciate the people he formerly shook hands with now hunting him down to bring him back home.

The taller man who had been knocked down apparently wasn't unconscious at all, as he was trying to push himself up to go on with the fight. Nayuta sighed again as he was forced to act, not enjoying all the sudden activity.

He threw the empty soda bottle up before kicking it with force with his right foot, sending it flying with accuracy towards his head, now actually knocking him out completely. Not that he could have done much damage anyways, but more noise was not required.

Taking advantage of the fact that his leg was already raised, he brought it down on the table as means of support, quickly following up with his other leg and placing his hands behind him, relaxing.

"Ah, fuck it. Not like there's much they can do anyway..."

PostSubject: Re: The Beginning of a Long Adventure   The Beginning of a Long Adventure EmptyThu May 22, 2014 3:45 pm

Mamoru did not react as the third pirate entered the scene. Not paying any attention to him, the boy proceeded to drink up and stash bottles of expensive wine and cheap beer into a backpack. The bratty pirate did not bother replying to the worried remark warning the two about marines chasing them down for the mess they had created. Mamoru wanted to tell him that he was not involved and should mind his own business, but stopped himself when the boy started to grab bottles of liquor from the counter. As he kicked a bottle at the man on the floor and knocked him out, Mamoru yelled, "BAKA! That man was supposed to be interrogated! Can't you mind your own business?!" He proceeded to snatch one bottle of beer from the other boy.

His anger was all directed at him mainly for stealing the liquor which Mamoru had officially in his mind claimed as his property. "No! Bad! Mine! Mine, mine, mine, mine, mine!" He proceeded to snatch more bottles of wine from the boy as he went on a tantrum.
