Special Abilities: The Pika Pika no Mi allows the user to create, manipulate and become light itself. This light can be used as a simple source of illumination, a way to blind targets, a source of heat or simply be used as a laser, piercing through pretty much anything.

It also allows the user to, when they become light, travel at the speed of light itself. They can do this with one part of their body (their leg, for example, kicking at light-speed) or all of their body. However, they can only travel in a straight line, as light can not bend, forcing them to reflect themselves off of various surfaces.
